name check result and ......(family based)

I have been silent observer for past few months. Thanks for all the information and for Rahul kumar

I was waiting for name check to be cleared for almost 2 yrs. I sent an email to FBI around jan 1st week and got reply back that my name check is cleared on jun 22nd.( just came to know on weekend). Also did congessman(very helpful and I am thankful) inquiry.I believe it worked. I went to District office today and they told me that they have to reschedule me for 2nd FP since 1st one is expired. I have 2 question.

1.How long does it take to reschedule 2nd FP?

2. Since I took my FP . I have been arrested for selling liquour to minor in my part time job ( which i really think is entrapment plus my fault too by not checking ID) which is felony in my state. I plead guilty ( dont know did right thing or not). I paid heavy fine , got 6 months deferred sentence and 60 hrs community service and its just been 1 months.

a.So is this going to create a problem and drag my case?
b. What do i need to send to INS ? ( what kind of paper from court)

You need certified copies from the Court, identifying the complaint, disposition, sentence, and proof of fulfillment of sentence (i.e. completion of probation, completion of community service, completion of term of imprisonment) for any and all arrests. You should contact the court and ask their fee for that (around $ 35), then write to them and ask for such document and enclose your check (maybe they want a money order). They will mail it to you in a week or few days.
 
Under what situations does a name come into the FBI list? Is it only when a person is arrested or even when he/she is investigated?
