Name Check Response from FBI- NO Request from USCIS

Hi,

I got a response from FBI yesterday , 2nd March '05 to my email sent on
1st Nov '04 asking for Name check status. It states that they have not received any request regarding the name check in my case and asks me to contact local USCIS office for furthur assistance.

Could anyone suggest where to go from here, apart from obviously contacting Nebraska service Center?

There are many others available, including sample email formats where you just need to plug in your personal info. I used one of them.

FYI, for future, you can do a search for keywords in the forums(the search button is located on a toolbar , in the right side , just about under your user name) and can locate threads by keywords.
