Name Check: Got a Reply from FBI for my Name Check Enquiry.

Hi Guys,
I just got a e-mail reply from FBI for my name check enquiry. This is how it is.

Dear Mr. <My name>:

This is in reference to your facsimile dated June 18, 2004, concerning the immigration status of you and your wife, <My wif'es name>. The FBI completed a record check for you on December 16, 2002, and for <my wife's first name> on December 30, 2002. The results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

I guess USCIS requested my name check immediately after my first FP. Will they request name check again since I have done my 2nd FP very recently?

You may check the LUD on ur I-140.

My I140 LUD changed from 11/07/2002 to 7/21/2004 after my 3rd EAD which was approved on 7/20/2004. I hope someone is looking at my case otherwise why will my LUD change on 485 & 140 after the 3rd EAD approval.
