name check reply after enquiry thru senator

Hi Guys,

name check was pending for spouse for over 6 months - tried to get info from senator, FBI send this mail to senator - does this mean name check is cleared - our FP date is 2nd April but u can see in email say that it recd request for name check on July 14 2004 (our RD is 28 june 2004) - is this the same name check we are all worried about or is it something different. there is no LUD change - does name check replies go to washington - it is supposed to go to TSC - Saras yr feedback on this

Let me know which city and state Senator office inquired this, i am asking this because i am also in the same position and i asked the atlanta senator Saxby and he said that he cannot do anything other than waiting. Let me know the details so that it will useful to me.

Yes, I think your spouse name check is cleared. Please do share
how you contact the senator information with us. I am exactly in the
same boat and my name check is pending for more than 1 year now.
I am from Atlanta. Please let me know which senator you contacted and
how did you contact with them. Thanks a lot!!
 
guys,

just search on net for senator and u will go to website called house.gov - search for GA senator, they are chambliss and isakson, also search for yr local congressman - mine is Lewis, on their individual websites there is a for u have to fill, once u do that they will send you a form to fill by mail (basically u giving permission to enquire on behalf of you to FBI) - after u send the form they will enquire on yr behalf and will let you know

Senator Isakson office is very good - chambliss is not so good, also congressman lewis office is very good
