Hi Guys,
name check was pending for spouse for over 6 months - tried to get info from senator, FBI send this mail to senator - does this mean name check is cleared - our FP date is 2nd April but u can see in email say that it recd request for name check on July 14 2004 (our RD is 28 june 2004) - is this the same name check we are all worried about or is it something different. there is no LUD change - does name check replies go to washington - it is supposed to go to TSC - Saras yr feedback on this
