Name check question

Hi All,

How can I know that USCIS started name check for my case?

I mean to ask that when uscis start processing for name check?

Is it uscis do there own name check or send to FBI?

Please post the answer.

Name check is also done by the FBI on behalf of USCIS. It is the USCIS which forwards all details to FBI for fingerprinting and name check. They are part of the mandatory requirements for AOS filing.
