Name check problem - Help needed

I have been waiting for long time for approval and couldn't get it. I'm thinking the problem would be because of name check. My name got messed up.

my passport just says full name: A B C

A is the last name
B is the first name
C is the middle name

My h1's and SSN say and all my immigration applications says

A as my first name
B as middle
C as last name.

I contacted senator but they said they cannot expedite the name check process and it's taking such a long time.


Did anyone face this problem ? Help me.

I-485 ND: 12/15/2002
1st fp: 2/2003, 2nd fp 9/2004
 
I don't think is because of that, they use different combinations, most of the times name check is ok, but make sure USCIS have sent your name check to FBI, I am a may 2002 filer waiting, hope all this pain will soon be over.

send a request to FBI name check program to find out if your name check has been request by INS and what is the status if so.
Send a mail to FBINNCP@ic.FBI.gov

first name,last name, middle name, data of birth, a#,email address.

no format is required. It is taking 2 to 3 months for a reply from FBI Name check program

I had send the mail on nov18th , didn't get any reply till now.

I had send couple of mails to fbi till now and didn't get reply. First one was sent on nov 18th 2004.
