name check possible for my case ??

hi everyone

as my case now pending for no reason !! im just woundering what to expect from USCIS ? at the interview the officer didnt mention the FBI name check . THE ONLY THING HE SAID THAT WILL SEND US LETTER BY MAIL WITHIN 90 DAYS ! i hope i wont be stuck in name check , so its gonna take for ever !

ANY HELP WILL BE KIND OF YOU !

7/12/06 SENT I-485 ,I-130,I-765 ( MARRIED USC )
7/22/06 NOTICE ALL DOCUMENT RECEIVED
8/10/06 FP/ BIO DONE
9/19/06 EAD RECEIVED
9/19/06 INTERVIEW NOTICE
11/28/06 INTERVIEW DONE . GONE BAD
 
90 Days is usually the time they give for Name Checks....After my interview the IO gave me a document which says about the 90 days..
But we cant be sure...it can be they maybe reviewing your case....

THANKS , I HOPE I WILL GET MORE POST FROM WHO EVER HAD SAME CASE STATUS .
 
I had my interview 10/27/06 and the IO told me everything was approved BUT I have to wait things out since I am pending name check ..On jan 29th I got a email saying my welcome notice was mailed..Hopefully you will get yours soon too

Name check could be a bitch, it took them 300+ days to approve my application, but the most important part is getting it approved. :D
