Hi,
My Case is with NSC. I took the Infopass few days back and went to the local office,there the IO said that my name check is pending since 2005.
I called the NSC CSR, there they say that all the documents are verified, the file is in the Staging area( which means its ready, and waiting for the IO's approval). My dates were current, it seems that because of the Namecheck my case is pending. Please help me if there is a way to clarify if my name check is done with the FBI
