Name check pending inside info

FBI is busy because service centers asked them to re-run the name check on all of the applicants past and present (even whose check was complete). Surprisingly how come 2004 I485 applicants are getting approved after name check. That means even FBI is skipping over the 2003 applicants.
It is another way of saying that communication between USCIS centers and FBI during late 2002 and early 2003 (probaby till middle of the year) was broken and now we are seeing the consequence.

I don't think this is creditable information at all. We all have seen so many approvals for late 2003 to 2004 filers. If the above was true no one with ND > Jan 2003 would have been approved. Also, I persoanlly got confirmation email from FBI that my name check was completed on 12/2003.
