Just recieved the email couple of days back from USCIA name check is pending.
 
LUD on my I-485 Case..

Today morning, I noticed LUD (05/09/2006) on my I-485 case; But no changes to my wife (I-485). Is this LUD related to my conversation with TSC folks yesterday ?????

Once again add this to the common list we already have and do not branch out.
 
Has anyone on this thread tried using AILA / FOIPA / Ombudsman/ Fedex to Mr. Hooton. I dont know how these things work but oft and on I have seen these terms being used in expediting name check.

I guess desperate situations call for desperate measures. I wonder if an effort for all eight or ten of you collectively would carry greater weight than individually.
 
Tried Ombudsman and Mr. Hooton

I have fedexed to Mr. Hooton more than 6 months ago--no response. I recently had my employer wite and fedex to Mr. Hooton--no response in 3 weeks now.

Similarly no response from Ombudsman.

Trying through Congressman now--thought have nothing to lose!!
