name check pending followed by 485 approval.

Folks,

Has anyone experienced the "name check pending" malaise and then have their 485 approved after some (or prolong) wait? My 485 was approved in a bit over 2 months (EB1) in May 2005, but my wife's is pending due to name check. We both applied at the same time.

It would be interesting to see how many people have had their 485 approved after they had been waiting for their "name check" to be cleared.

The question is not if she will be approved. The question is when and after how many months. Based on what I have read on these forums it can be anything from a month to years, yes years. Hope she gets it cleared soon.

I wanted to asked the same question. Is there anybody in the world who managed to clear up their name check previously being in pending status without any help from congress folks or senators?
