Name Check/Oath letter/EXPIRING FP's!!??

Applied for N400 Nov. 17, 04
Fingerprints Dec. 29, 04
Passed citizenship test May 17, '05.

One Congressman told me that if I don't get an oath invite letter by Dec. I'd better start reapplying for another FP, as they will EXPIRE in March 06! Has anyone had this problem?

Trying another Congresswoman, as she sits on the Immigration Committee and may have some better contacts. And I WORK IN GOVERNMENT!!!! No favors Here!

Any thoughts for help?

check rahul kumar's thread on name check. 6 months after interview, I think you can take INS to court because they need to give a decision.
 
Kanuck,

You said you passed the interview, did they give you N-652 letter? what does it it say? is it saying decision can't be made or what?
