Just got off the call with CSR in National(not Nebraska) Service Center...Took me for ever.
He seemed like a good fella and did a thorough check on my case.
He told me my name check was submitted in June 2005 and never got back anything from FBI.
Another name check was submitted in Feb 07 and came back cleared.
Thereafter I received a letter from FBI indicating it was finalized and sent back to USCIS...blah...blah
My wife's name check was cleared first time itself in Jun 05 immidiately after it was submitted.
I am wondering what implication can the original name check request have. CSR couldn't give a definitive answer. I am hoping it wont matter come June 1st.
Help me god...I am just anxious to get out of this hell and start my life.
