stuck in name check. congressman office agrees to help. Should they send a letter to Mr. Cannon or Mr Hardy? Also, I heard there is a congressional office at FBI, the chief of the office is a lady, what's her name and contact? Is it appropriate to send a letter to her too?

It is

NNCP chief is Cannon now.

However, it is more appropriate for them to contact FBI congressional liason. They should know better who this person is now. It was Helen Kalisch (not sure of correct spelling).
