Name check Issue

I have submitted my application and got interview for end of November so i went to Info pass this moring to know whether my FBI Name check has been cleared or not and lady told me that it might take up to two years and told me to apply for Advance parole and she also mentioned that my case was kinda new( it's been a month and half). I told her that i have read in USCIS website that 80% of Name cleared within 24 hours, then she told me not to believe that. What a crap? Does anyone have happened this?

Don't believe them.
I went to infopass twice.
First time the officer was extremely nice. He told me about my namecheck cleared, but he also told me that I couldn't travel on my H1 while AOS was pending, which is bull.....
I traveled and nothing happened.

Second time the officer was extremely rude, she didn't say anything about my status (she was just reading info online, not on their system).

And not to mention the 800-line. They have no clue whatsoever. Everytime they say something different.
Just believe what USCIS website says (and forms instructions).
