Name check is still pending ?

I have called today USCIS , and verfiied with them Name check is pending , I do not know what does this mean , I do not know how many days it is going to take to approve ? Can any one provided me if any one is facing this issue ? any findings ?

Many of us are struck at FBI name check. It is hard to predict how long it takes to clear it..there is no pattern..you can contact US senator or congressman for a status check with FBI and if they are good..they might help to expedite it..there is a ton of info on FBI name check in this forum which are really informative.

Me too - Stuck in FBI Name Check

I called USCIS....they told me FBI Name check is not complete....

It would help to know when was your FP done. If its been a couple of months or more then you must become proactive about it though that doesnt guarantee success.

There are well publicized ways to contact FBI on this forum but they dont work anymore.

Seek the help of federal elected official for your jurisdiction may help.

What is your lawyers suggestion. FOIPA? AILA?
