Name Check Information

I have completed my FP on August 5th, 2005 (EB3, PD Dec2001) and have seen no activity on my application since then. Does this mean my name check is still pending? Also, where do I call to get that information (phone #, website)?

I will appreciate any useful information anyone may have in this case. Thanks.

It means nothing.

FP is simply a routine procedure toward the final approval. Your completing FP does not mean your case will be reviewed or processed within a given period of time or whatsover. After the FP, it may take one month to get an approval, but can also be a few years. Don't hold your breath for this. You're in for a long run...
