Name Check for 485

Hi
I used a substitute labor (EB3) that has priority date = May 2002,
My I -140 applied on September 1st 2004 got approved on April 20th 2005,
Finger Prints + Advance Parole were done on January 10 th 2005,
It looks currently 485 is now processing that has labor priority = June 2002,
As my case is due can anyone suggest me how to proceed from here,
Can I approach Senator for My Name check?
Please advice.

You can write a letter to Senator, but so far it didn't help me. Hope dies the last, so try it
 
You should call USCIS and ask specifcially about the status of your case. If they confirm that its awaiting additional security check then better contact your local congressman/senator for help. Remember... FBI name check is a very painful process. Its infact very slow too. It might take few weeks to couple years. Your I485 will not be approved even if your Priority Date is current but your name check is still pending.

PD is current, but my name check is pending for the last 3 years (yes, not a typo).

Any ideas how to get this derailed train back on the tracks again?

Yes, I have looked through your posts and have essentially done just about everything suggested in your and others' posts:
- USCIS Infopass
- Congressman
- Senator
- FBI contacts
- USCIS Ombudsman
So far, no luck. Thanks for your response.

See http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=194681&page=1 for more information. That thread has both I485 and N400 filers so read carefully and contact those that have used WoM for 485. Act quickly as u don't know when things might retrogress again.
