Hi,
Can someone tell me what fOIPA document needs to be addressed to (I hear Sam Hardy has left and there is a new person in charge. Anyone know the correct name? Is there any update on the address that I need to send the form to?
Also there isa fax number that was posted in some forums where we could fax the name check status request. I was wonderign if anyone has the updated fax number and the name of the person to whom the fax should be addresed.
