Name check email content - Dec 2002 VSC

First of all I would like to give a big applause to all forum members for their contribution and support. I have been a passive user of this forum for about 2 months.

Can a member let me know the contents of email to be sent to FBI for name check? From this forum I got the email address and the information to be sent to them. Do I need to ask them if VSC has completed name check on my case or not?
