Name check done, FP2 done, multi EADs, still no 485 - anyone

Today I received a response to my query about name check / security check from FBI. Here is the email.

Dear {my name}:

I am responding to your email dated October 26, 2004, concerning the name check status of you and your spouse, {name}.

The FBI completed a name check for the both of you on March 7, 2003, and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Washington, DC.

I already have my third EAD. My FP2 was done almost 7 months ago. Response to RFE 6 months ago. What are they waiting for? :mad:

Anyone in the same boat? Any ideas how to proceed further?
 
Do you pray hard everyday ?. That is what I do. Luck and prayers play a key role here. Otherwise I do not see any reason why they approve 2003 and 2004 cases where 65% of 2002 are pending.

May I ask how do you know 65% of 2002 are pending ???
 
I have same issue

name check completed, finger print cleared, RFE responded.
but so far no news.

I called VSC and one man told me that they never received my name check result, but FBI's email says my name check result was sent back to uscis on 04/04/2003.
