Today I went to my local USCIS office to check my status... Immigration office told me that my Name Check was cleared on March 26th.. I also finished my latest finger pring on April 10th.
USCIS Issued an RFE on my I-485 on May 16th.
When I called them today, they told that they sent this to my lawyer and my lawyer firm don't respond since they are busy in filing new cases which gives them more money.
Not sure what would be that RFE.. I hope when I respond to that RFE, they will process of my case since my PD is on Oct 2001 (EB3).
USCIS sent my case for name check in early 2004... What a long wait and testing our patience..
Any pattern on I-485 RFE?
