***Name Check Cleared***

Hey guys,
those of you who went through the process could you share your experiences?

Interview was September 2005
Name Check done and FP#2 takenOctober 2006

When would you expect an oath based on this information?
 
NOTE: I am not an expert on this matter.

It could be soon or they might check ur background again(quick one hopefully) with your new fingerprints since your other fingerprints are expired. cross your fingers and pray.

Anyone on this board had a similar situation? More than a year since the interview,name check cleared, fingerprints taken for a second time.... How long until the oath approximately?
 
Infopass Lies

What a disappointment!!!! A week after good news of name check being cleared another officer during infopass told that NAME CHECK WAS NOT COMPLETED!!!! Can they do that to people?? And nobody is held responsible!

How did you find out that name check was cleared the first time ? how about Try contacting your senator with the info you have and see if they can find out anything. If USCIS asked you to get an FP it sounds like someone decided to review your case and take it out of the name check pile, which means name check probably came back.

I learnt something in this life that government is government wherever you go. sometimes it feels like we live in a third world country. nothing comes from government surprises me
eventually they will eliminate or reshape this name check process. (probably after demecrats get to the power). then we will have waited for nothing.

I waited for my green card interview for 4 years. nowadays you can get to the interview in way less time than that.

Now i am stuck on N400 name check process since 4/06.

by the way, you still got 50 percent chance. maybe second officer is wrong.
