Name check cleared?

Hi, all
I submitted I-140 and I-485 (EB1) in June 2004. I-140 was approved in Feb 2005, but I-485 was stuck in the Name Check. Today I got the Finger Printing Notice. My last Finger Printing was one year ago. Does it mean my name check was cleared? or USCIS just does the Finger Printing every year? Does anyone here has similar situation?

I had given 3 FP's so far and still pending in Name check. So FP is done regularly by USCIS as they tend to expire in 1 to 1.5 year.
