Name check cleared

Hi All

It seems this forum is become now silent. People trying to wait and watch. Not much activity.

I also did not inquire since long to USCIS. Today I try to call TCS today to check status for my case. They said my name check is cleared. They do not have visa available rightnow. Once visa will be available they will send my card.

Congrats and thanks for sharing. I am sure you will get it after Oct when new numbers come into play. I am still waiting for NC to be cleared, PD is current. Judging from your case, they are processing 2004 cases, so hopefully mine can be cleared in another 6 months or so.

santa4u, I am watching & subscribed this forum since long. I see lot of experiance about name check. I don't think there is any magic happend behind the scene.

When almost all senior members were active like saras, moorani,poj,susan ...i was reading everyday all new threads about name check. But by that time my wife's name check was cleared. I tryed different option ask my employer to write fbi for name check,send email to fbi, tryed to contact congressman, senator and tryed to call TCS almost once week.

I believe nothing workout because it has be long time more then 6 to 8 months. And now today when i called I got this reply. But when I filed 485 immediately they send enquiry about name check so it is close to 2 year now. So I think it might be my turn for name check in queue.

Hope for best because GC is most creapiest process I have seen in my life so far worst then any onther thing in my life.
