Name check cleared, FP expired

I got a letter from the senator that my FBI name check cleared at the end of September. Unfortunately for me, my FP expired in the middle of September.
1. Gurus, please advise if I shoud take an INFOPASS appointment and request them to issue a FP appointment letter for me.
2. I also did FP for EAD. If they are also good for 15 months, they are still valid. Can FP for EAD be "transferred" to pending I485 to avoid another trip to immigration office for FP?
3. Has anybody noticed cases approved with expired FP?

Let me congratulate you first upon your name check clearance.
But EAD finger prints are different from 485(code 3) finger prints. So better take an infopass appointment and ask them to send finger printing notice.
And How long you have been waiting for Name Check and who is your senator, looks like he is good in taking care of your request, generally the senators and congresmen are not entertaining the namecheck enquireies.
