Finally!!!!!!!!! Received a letter from congressman today stating the following:

The following is the response my office received from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Assistant Director William Hooton of the Records Management Division regarding our inquiry on your behalf:
Subsequent to our previous email to Mr.*********, another search of the FBI's Name Check Program database revealed that his request received from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service was processed and finalized on September 17, 2004. The USCIS authorities were notified.

So this means the Name Check was cleared right? Rahul?


YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.... so relieved, it's finally over. I am assuming that when the congressman fowarded our letter to Eleni Kalish, it really helped, cuz my second batch of letters didnt arrive there until September 21. THanks to you Rahul and everyone else that helped me in this ordeal!!!! BIG THANKS>

I really think the congressman helped a great deal, by fowarding our letter to Eleni Kalisch.
 
Rahul, since the name check cleared on september 17, its been a few weeks now, so should we go to immigration and find out if the oath ceremony will be anytime soon?
