I went for infopass appointment today and found:-
a) That my file is requested by at the local office because of the inquiry from the Senator's office.
b) Name check is clear. ( The other day - 10 Aug TSC IO said it was not)
I updated the same to my Senator and she called TSC and found that my file was transferred from local office to National records Center on 3rd JUly 2007 and is now in transition to TSC. She said she will call off the inquiry at the local office so that the file does not have to be transferred there, instead it can be at TSC where hopefully something can be done about it.
