Name Check and Visa availablity

I submited my I485 May 2005, no LUD on my case after receiving FP in July 2005.

I called VSC multiple times, but I got very different responses. First, it is the visa availibility, then name check, then security check, then again, visa availability due to priority date, etc...

I wonder if they start name check regardless of visa availability or priority date, and if there is LUD or notification on submission or completion of name check...

This is the way they are pooling your leg. Name check is not related to visa availability. It's done by FBI and FBI doesn't give a shit about priority days at all.
