Name Check and Finger Print

Hi All,

On Thursday 06/14/2007 I confirmed from IO that my name check is cleared the same week. (But the IO said that name check's can be resend). As well I received FP2 code 1 notice couple of days back. I also see LUD's for last 2 days on my case without the change of message. But I wonder if the CIS will do my Name check again along with FP2. If this is the case, I wonder how long will I have to wait. I will appreciate if you put your thoughts on this. Also the LUD's that I see are result of letters sent to VP, FL etc, etc about the name check. I also donot know if this is good.

Begreen, Your approval is on the way.. Can you confirm that whether you have done your second FP.

Not every FP will trigger a NC. That's what I found out from my last week's InfoPass Appointment. Someone mentioned to me that if FP is Code 3 then that might trigger a NC;if it's code 1 then there is no NC. This is what I gathered; I may be wrong.

Not necessarily. But I would suggest you to take an info pass appointment and check the status on your case.
