Hello experts:

I spoke to an IO today and she said my Name Check has been cleared and I have to wait to get the biometric report and go to local USCIS office and get that done. I am not sure how good information is that or she was just saying so I do not call there anymore :D

Also how long does it take to get FBI Finger Process (whole process) and NC done. Any input would be appreciated!. Please post your experience on this thread

I thought finger printing gets done first then the name check. It was that way with mine. I did my Code 3 biometric (FP, Pic, Signature) on 9/29/07, but I am still waiting to get my NC clear.
 
Do you know how can we find whether the case is awaiting for name check clearance? Any specific option codes for TSC?
 
20007 She may be right. Im from Chicago a lady told me that the background check has been cleared. She said "You only need FG, there is nothing in the system that about ur background check. It mean we have completed your checks". Not satisfied, i went to the DO, i met the same lady again. She told me the same thing. I like to believe that im through but i want a Doc saying you NC is cleared. I have receive a 2nd FP notice for Jan 08
