Name Check again

My PD is 4.26.06, FD 5.19.06. But due to name check, no interview letter rec'd. I moved within one block from one building to another building due to increased rent on 5.1.07 and being a good person, I filed AR -11 for address change.

Today, I found out that my name check was requested twice on 5.19.06, and was cleared on 4.13.07 and 4.26.07. However, another request was submitted to FBI on 5.19.07, therefore, even though I am in the queue for interview as of 5.1.07, I am still waiting for IL.

The explaination from USCIS is I might have to wait again, but I should not worry since my case is still in the Queqe.

I am really frustrated, and do not know what the next step could be.

Any one has similar situation, please advise. Thank you.

My DO is Newark, NJ.
 
When FBI sends something back it does not mean "cleared". It could have been an interim report to which USCIS may have requested additional information. My 2c guess here.
