Name check 1 month back, today get "card ordered" email

About a month back, infopass officer says my name is stuck for security check. My wife got RFE last month and sent the response 2 weeks back.
Today(July 24) we both get email for I-485 case - "Current Status: Card production ordered"
We didn't get any other email such as I-485 approved.
Should I expect I-485 approval soon?

called customer service this morning and he gave standard answer- card will be sent within 30 days.He didn't know much about approval.
I believe USCIS sends card and 485 approval directly to us and NOT the lawyer.

Congratulations. I think you will soon receive the approval email as well. Generally, approval notice will be sent to your lawyer.
