How would I go about changing my last name to my maiden name on INS (sorry, BCIS) documents? I mistakenly thought family name had to be your husband's last name so I put his last name down on my application, however, I would prefer to go by my maiden name. I have since received my EAD with my husband's last name as my surname and I would like to change it. Thank you for any help.
