Hi,
Now I decided to apply my green card , Is that I need to fill -up/give my name in application form according to my passport?As I did shortned my surname and I did not included my middle name in my Social security,Driving License,Bank account , Pay slip . whereas in my H1-B the name appears as it appears in my passport!
Sir, can any one help me finding whether It will be a problem? will I get any query for this????
