i am really stressed out for getting the name change for my wife, me and my wife both are green card holder, we got from the employers that we work for, the marraige happend after the gc, now the situation is that when my wife went to the city hall, they said it is easy to change the last name after marraige, but dont know about the first name, it is a really long procedure, or may be we are not aware of how it is done, can anyone please input on it, as it seem like my wife passport, gc, has to be changed, would appreciate anykind of input on this.
