Any legal/experienced advices welcome:
I need to change my name after marriage, but I am still waiting on my 485 approval. Do I need to wait till the approval comes through? I have the EAD and finger printing done already.
Can I go ahead and change the name in passport and other documents and let inform the INS about this?
Is this going to slow down the process of 485 approval by any means?
