Name Change through Naturalization under 319B

Hello
Like the title, I applied N400 under section 319B. And I applied name change as well. I'll have my interview in Guam. (I'm currently living outside of US)
Here's my questions: will I get my certificate of citizenship with new name on the same day of interview if I pass?
Anyone had interview in Guam?
