I have a few questions regarding name change that I am planning as part of the naturalization process. I want to decide if I should request a judicial oath ceremony or just go through the normal process finish the administrative oath and then do the name change through the local county court. I live in Dallas DO.
1. Is there judicial oath ceremony in Dallas DO or is it all only administrative?
2. Can we do a name change by requesting for Judicial ceremony instead of the administrative ceremony in DALLAS DO? Has anyone gone through this route?
