Hello!! I am preparing to file the n-400 for my wife and I, but I am not sure what to answer for the name change question.
My wife has already legally changed her name when we got married, but her green card still has her old name in it. Do I need to request a name change to update the USCIS record even though we don't want to change her current legal name?
