Name Change question

Hello All:

I am planning to apply citizenship for my wife. She 'd like to have her last name to be replaced with my last name . We should have done that when we applied green card....anyway... questions please:

1. Can she change her last name when applying citizenship. I guess yes?
2. If so, what happens with her previous history of everything with her existing last name?
3. Any problems changing her last name with new last name?
4. What is your suggestions? What is your recommendations?

I believe your marriage certificate is enough for your wife to change her last name to yours (maiden name to married name).
