Looks like none of the answers in your previous post satisfied your query. Well,

1. Do I need to change my name on my Naturalization certificate once I get name change order from the judge?

-----You need(MUST) to contact your local USCIS office and give your name change details received from the court. Second thing you need(MUST) to contact your local SSN office to change your name.
You need to submit DS-5504 form to US Passport office either online or through mail within a year of receiving your passport for free or you will be charged a fee. The US Passport office will send you new passport with your name change. All your travel problem in and out will be solved.

The above assumption is you have already applied/received your US passport. If not, then after finishing the first step you need to send you court papers, naturalization certificate and other passport related documents along with your new passport application.......Hope this helps.

2. If the answer is no, would that be a problem while traveling that my name on my passport would be different (new name) than on my Naturalization certificate (old name)?

----You will never be carrying your naturalization certificate for travel, USCIS will change internally after they receive your application for name change along with court papers.

3. Would I need to carry the court papers with name change with me all the time while traveling or going through customs?

-----No
4. Has anyone experienced name change after Naturalization and traveled abroad?

----YES, I had name change but my process was through naturalization.

Thanks
