Name Change on Green Card

I have been in the US for several years on F1 and H1 visas. My spouse recently won a DV lottery and a few weeks ago I managed to change my status to a permanent resident. I also got the green card earlier this week. Unfortunately, the last name on my green card is different than the one I have been using throughout. We don't use last name in my home country, so when my spouse filled the DV form she just picked my grand-father's name as my last name and I had to stuck with it until I finish the whole visa process.

Now, my question is if I want to change my last name back to what I have been using earlier (which is my father's given name), is it gone cause any complication about my status? Any chance that it could jeopordize my green card? how long does it normally take to finish such process? I will appreciate any input from previous experience.
