Name Change on GC

Hi, I am an unconditional marriage based GC holder for more than 2 yrs. I have some questions regarding my GC.

1) If I file a divorce, can I provide the divorce decree for applying the name change on my GC? I want to resume my maiden name after divorce.

2) If yes, will the IO ask me about evidence to prove that the marriage enters in good faith? I get my GC based on my husband and he is a US citizen. I know that I need to provide the court order in person about my new name.

3) My GC will be expired in 2017. When I renew the GC, will I need to provide any proof that my marriage enters in good faith? I only know that proof is definitely required for the citizenship interview but I am not sure about the GC renewal. Last year I applied for the name correction on my GC due to USCIS administration error. The office did not ask me anything about my marriage. What they needed was the evidence to support their administration error.

Thanks in advance.
