Name Change & OCI

Hello,
I am about to apply for US citizenship. And I am planning to change my last name to my husband's last name. After naturalization, I am planning to apply for OCI. When I saw the OCI application form, I did not see any place where I can put this information. Will this have any impact when I apply for OCI? Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
You just apply the OCI with your changed last name and submit a copy of the court order along with your OCI application.
