Name Change during Canadian GC process

Hi,
Our GC process started with my name before marriage as I did not had the new passport with my name after my marriage. Now we have got interview waiver and my name remains my name before marriage on the application. But during the process I applied for new Indian passport with my new name and I got the new passport and also old passport back. I want to change my name to my new name when I get LP. I want to know what is the best way to change my name during this GC process/ anyone having done that. If I cannot do that now then what is the procedure to change my name after landing in Canada. Any exposure will be appreciated.

1. write to the CIC in cover letter that you have New Passport with married name, send the copy of PP
2 Submit your marriage cerificate
3 If you made affidavit of Name change attach the copy
write every detail with your file#.

Thank you for your reply. The FBI police clearanca certificate has to be send within this month after getting inteview waiver. Will it be a good idea to send new Passport copy, ROLF fees and FBI clearance togather. Will it increase the timeline to get LP. We do not want to cause the delay in process. Also the FBI clearance certificate is coming with old name so will it be good idea to use old name

One more question if we do not inform of the new name can we land using old name as we have old passport with us...Although it just says that on the side the passport is invalid and new passport has been issued Thanks again for your help

1 You are going to send the Copy of NEW passport with NAME change, You should Submit the FBI clearence also with NEW NAME

 2 Your Passport that is stamped as INVALID CAN NOT BE USED, but keep it with you and some time you can prove with this passport that you are the same person
3. Now you CAN NOT use the old Name as you have new Passport. You did a mistake you should have recieved NEW passport with the same name that was on old passport,and that way it was possible to use your FBI clearence with old name, but now you need new FBI clearence with the name on new passport, you have complicated the things your self, but no big problem,
