I (Canadian citizen) was married in the US in May 2016 and currently live with my US citizen husband in Mexico. We want to move to the US in about 2 years. Should I change my Canadian passport to my married name before we apply for the I-130? Or does it matter? We already have a joint bank account set up in my married name in the USA. Thank you
