I'm a GC holder marrying a F1 student this coming Jan. My wife would want to change her last name to mine. 2 questions here:
1. Where can I get more information/forms on this? Does one contact the local INS office?
2. Would it be better to apply for name change first and then her GC application?
3. I'm assuming a marriage certificate would be required. Would one from India suffice? If not, where do I go to get one here?
