name change after h4 stamped?

I am in the 6th year of my H1.
PD: July 2003, EB3/India

We got married in November this year, and didn't change
my wife's maiden name because we didn't have enough time
to get it changed and apply for visa. Now her h4 visa
has her maiden name.

I am going to file for her 485(when dates become current for
me). The question I have is if I get name changed in
her passport now, is it going to cause complications in
her H4, or the 485??
