After successful CP we received our GC just a few days ago. I am a beneficiary (not the winner) of the DV lottery. On the green card, I wanted to change the last name by switching the middle name to be the last name. I know I have to file I-90 for name change on green card. What I was wondering about is, as DV beneficiary am I allowed to request for a name change on the GC? Is there anyone who has experienced this before? Any feedback will be appreciated.
